- Licensed Architect, with six (6) years related experience, the last two (2) years in a Sr. capacity.
- Must have a working knowledge of planning, production drawings, building materials & details & lead production team.
- Knowledge in Revit is a must.
- Must be knowledgeable with the National Building Code, Fire Code, Zoning Ordinances and their applications.
- Exposure to large scaled projects is preferred.
- Must be able to coordinate with other stakeholders such as Consultants & Project Managers.
- Must have basic understanding of engineering drawings & how it affects architectural plans.
- Willing to work in Makati
