At least eight (8) years related experience, preferably acquired from a similar industry, the last 4 years in a senior capacity
Good working knowledge of Revit, used in the preparation of design development and construction drawings.
Must have expert understanding of construction principles, building materials, finishes & details.
Must participate in the planning & data gathering process
Familiarity with the provisions and application of the Building Code, Fire Code, & Local Zoning Ordinances.
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Promote the culture of excellence through leadership.
Visit project sites when required and as needed.
Participate in meetings and presentations to Clients.
Interface with Clients and various Consultants on behalf of the Firm, whenever deemed necessary.
Conducts business relations with a sense of authority, discipline, fairness, integrity, respect and professionalism at all times.
Prepare necessary reports and updates pertinent to the projects handled.
Ensuring that the team’s delivery of output is in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Review and validate, with consultants or clients, particulars of the contracts to ensure that conditions agreed upon are in effect and strictly adhered to.
Take on all other activities that are required to fulfill the tasks expected of the position
Check production drawings in accordance to the code compliance & the firm drafting standards
