The University of Santo Tomas Sta. Rosa campus is the institution’s first campus outside Manila. Situated in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Casas + Architects conceptualized a student campus that would house the facilities for the university’s new science and engineering programs.

The University of Santo Tomas is a royal and pontifical institution, and the oldest university in Asia. Several of its degree programs were awarded as Centers of Excellence and Centers of Development from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). At present, the university caters to over 40,000 students in both secondary and tertiary education levels.

Alpine Village

Inspired by the villages in the mountainous regions of Switzerland, Casas + Architects master planned the 9.6 hectare Alpine Village to include residential condominiums, commercial establishments, a hotel, a hilltop chapel, and an events space. 
Situated in the hills of Crosswinds, Tagaytay, Phase 1 of the development includes mid-size luxury condotel units, commercial spaces, and dining outlets.

Far Eastern University

For Far Eastern University’s (FEU) 1.8-hectare Alabang campus, Casas + Architects envisioned an urban university made from sustainable structures. Since the university takes pride in its long-standing commitment to preserving the environment and natural resources, Casas + Architects studied the sun’s orientation and prevailing wind direction to fully conserve the complex’s lighting and ventilation.

Twin Lakes

When masterplanning the Philippines’ first lakefront vineyard community, Casas + Architects designed the establishment to adapt to the landscape’s rolling hills and rugged terrain.

Inspired by the vineyards and architecture in Europe, Casas + Architects master planned an affluent lakefront community to seamlessly include residential buildings, a tourist hotel, a vineyard, a nature park, and a forest reserve.
