Insular Life Renovation
In line with Insular Life’s sustainability thrust, Casas+Architects created an energy-efficient design with eco-friendly features. As a result, the US Green Building Council awarded the newly renovated building with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification.
Completed in November 2017, Insular Life Makati’s building is composed of 14 floors for both office and BPO use, a ballroom, and five level car park.
The LEED is the globally recognized green building rating system in the world, which encourages buildings, communities and home projects to become healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green estates.

The Seasons Residences
Haru, natsu, aki and fuyu - the four seasons of Japan are thoughtfully represented in the four towers of The Seasons Residences, which is located at the heart of Fort Bonifacio. Each tower also features design elements that focus on Technology, Functionality, Safety and Harmony with the environment.
Built to be both strong and beautiful, it combines the elegance of Japanese design with the highly advanced technology that the country is known for. As such, the overall structure can withstand strong earthquakes, different seasons and many other possible weather disturbances.
The Seasons is a collaborative work among elite groups: the Japanese architectural firm, Nikken Sekkei, who created the masterplan and conceptual design; Casas+Architects as the Project Architect; and Ove Arup & Partners, HK Ltd. who provided the structural, wind and seismic engineering services.
